WILDEN FARM

We are Tim and Adeline Jones and daughter Oonagh, living at Wilden, a traditional family farm of 213 acres situated in North Herefordshire.

Wilden has been in Tim's family since 1932, when his grandparents made it their home. It was puchased outright by Tim's father, Stan, in the 1960's. Over the years the farm has been used to produce crops as diverse as hops, potatoes, damsons and walnuts as well as the more conventional cereals and grass, and on the livestock side it has seen pigs and poultry, beef and sheep.

These days we keep our current core enterprises (a flock of 500 breeding ewes and small suckler herd) on old permanent pastures and alongside have a breeding nucleus of working Welsh Sheepdogs and a small herd of Quarter Horses and Welsh Cobs.
